The hotel is located in a quiet and authentic area, offering a more peaceful experience. the staff is very polite and helpful, and they provide complimentary bike hire and breakfast, which is a nice bonus. the rooms are comfortable and have modern décor, with facilities like a coffee/tea machine and refrigerator. the hotel also offers good WiFi access.

The rooms are a bit dated and smaller in size. the air conditioning units in the room were not functional, and with the window open, it can get quite noisy from the road.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful, providing us with great recommendations for places to eat and sights worth seeing. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in a lovely, safe and convenient area close to the city center and attractions. The room was spacious, clean and had a great view of the canal. We also appreciated the complimentary mini-bar and the free room-serviced breakfast for our honeymoon. the hotel facilities were excellent, and we felt that we received sensational value for money.

The hotel staff were courteous and helpful, fulfilling our requests for an upper level room with a balcony and romantic additions. The location was ideal, with a tranquil and pretty setting on the outer canal ring. The room was clean, spacious, and luxurious, with a comfortable bed and a well-functioning aircon. The bathroom had a spacious shower with good water pressure. Complimentary tea, coffee, and fridge contents were a generous touch. The option to drop off luggage before check-in and leave bags after check-out was convenient. The breakfast pancakes were a must-try.

I had a great stay at this hotel in a peaceful neighborhood. The location was perfect, with the art galleries and Leidsplein Bus stop just a stone's throw away. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel well taken care of. The rooms were on an upper level, giving a nice view of the surroundings, and they were well-designed with modern bathrooms and thoughtful touches. The breakfast had a good variety of choices, and even though it wasn't included, it was worth the price.
